Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases, including platforms such as UKG.
• Develop, maintain, and update regular reports and dashboards to support business operations and leadership reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and reporting tools.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and resolve data-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months experience in Data Analysis / Reporting Analyst
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
