About the Role (Your Why)
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for integrating data, developing, maintaining and improving operational report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and providing analysis as required.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain reporting databases and perform updates as necessary
• Develop and examine data to locate and resolve anomalies
• Collect and analyse data for reports
• Create effective business reports that provide insight
• Support the wider business through relevant analysis and reporting
• Develop creative solutions to complexities in the analysis.

Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
• Skilled in PowerBI and ServiceNow reporting.
• Experience or willingness to become proficient in extracting and using meaningful data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results
• Strong Technical documentation skills
• Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders in own area of expertise
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals
• Strong consultative and planning skills
