Overview of the Role

The Reporting Analyst will produce thorough and accurate investment, product and research information to internal and external stakeholders for Perpetual and Pendal Funds.

Key Tasks:

• Preparation, collation and delivery of regular reporting to schedule for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analysing data to ensure it is accurate, consistent and meets internal and market standards.
• Production of Perpetual & Pendal Investments reporting requirements with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and control.
• Assist Client Services & Research Relationship teams with ad-hoc reporting tasks.
• Assist the Senior team member to review, improve and document the reporting process.

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, data analytics, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably within a financial services, banking, or regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and reporting data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
