About the Role:
The Replenishment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels across multiple locations to meet customer demand without overstocking. This position involves close collaboration with suppliers, warehouse teams, and sales departments to forecast needs accurately and schedule timely replenishments. The coordinator will analyze sales trends, inventory data, and supply chain variables to maintain a seamless flow of products. By proactively managing stock levels, the role helps minimize stockouts and excess inventory, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Replenishment Coordinator ensures that the right products are available at the right time and place, supporting the company’s overall business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related role.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and supply chain best practices.
Certification in supply chain or inventory management (e.g., APICS CPIM).
Experience in a retail or distribution environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels and sales data to determine replenishment needs across various locations.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to schedule and track product deliveries.
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to align inventory availability with demand forecasts.
Analyze historical data and market trends to adjust replenishment plans proactively.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the replenishment process.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
