Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Repair Technician with direct experience in automotive, motorcycle, or custom paint/refinishing. This role is for a craftsman-level professional who takes pride in precision work and consistently delivers show-quality finishes.
This is not a production body shop position. We are looking for someone committed to mastering a specialized process and building a long-term career within a high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced repair, prep, and refinishing of painted components
• Execute precision sanding, masking, and paint application techniques
• Ensure exact color matching and flawless final finishes
• Maintain strict quality control standards on every job
• Follow and apply specific methods and finishing processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Manage personal workflow and assist in leading a small team (1–2 team members)
• Take full ownership of work quality from start to finish
Requirements:
• Direct, hands-on experience in automotive, motorcycle, or custom paint/refinishing (required)
• Proven ability to produce high-end, defect-free finishes
• Strong understanding of paint prep, application, and finishing techniques
• Leadership capability or experience supervising small teams
• Complete and verifiable employment history
