Join Intel Module Repair as a Repair Development Engineer. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing repair and trouble shooting technologies that meet rigorous technical specifications, certification standards, and design practices.

• Develop and implement repair and refurbishment processes for mechanical and electromechanical modules used in high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Lead repair development projects from concept to implementation, ensuring successful execution across the project lifecycle.
• Design and validate tooling required for repair and rebuild processes.
• Determine failure modes, analyze factory requirements, and drive reverse engineering efforts to optimize repair solutions.
• Develop post-repair test validation processes to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
• Collaborate with TD and operation team to identify opportunities for repair, customization, and cost savings.
• Train personnel on repair processes and document standards, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to sustain and enhance internal repair capabilities.
• Ensure all processes adhere to the highest safety and quality standards required by relevant industry certifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in circuit testing and debugging.
• Knowledge of electromechanical module testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of repair project workflows and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively present technical findings.
• Experience working in operation environments, particularly in repair and refurbishment roles.
• Familiarity with reverse engineering and failure mode analysis.
• Proven ability to design and implement cost-saving measures in repair processes.
