We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join the REO sales team in Athens. The position is ideal for candidates who wish to work in a fast-growing and dynamic real estate services company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of REO properties
Communicate with potential buyers and investors
Conduct property viewings and site visits
Negotiate and follow structured approval processes in line with client guidelines
Cooperate with external real estate agencies and brokers
Coordinate with legal and back-office teams until completion
Monitor sales performance, targets, and pipeline
Prepare and analyse KPI and sales performance reports
Consistent utilization and maintenance of accurate CRM records for the purposes of reporting and performance tracking
Execute sales strategy in line with client guidelines and internal procedures
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
Previous experience in Sales (Real Estate or B2C preferred)
Good working knowledge of Excel (KPI reporting, data analysis)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized and target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a structured sales environment
Basic understanding of the real estate market
Good command of English
Nice to Have:
Experience with REO / bank-owned properties / servicers
Experience working with external real estate agencies
CRM experience
