We are hiring a Rent Payment Processing Clerk to join our centralized operations support team in Denver, CO. If you are looking for your first corporate office opportunity with a consistent schedule so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends, take the first step in your new career with AIR! 

Where You Will Work

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support central administrative operations.

What You Will Do

• Print and mail Final Move-Out Statements (FMO’s) and Credit Adjustment (CA) invoices for past residents daily.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
• Organize and distribute mail to the appropriate recipients efficiently.
• Review housing ledgers to identify and follow up on any delinquent balances.
• Work to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate account records.
• Address any resident questions or concerns related to check processing.
• Provide clear and timely assistance to resolve issues and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Collect resident checks daily from the post office (PO) boxes and ensure they are handled promptly.
• Process checks accurately, adhering to any specific local requirements or nuances.
• Drive to pick up mail at local USPS facility.

• 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
• Dependable and proven ability to work independently
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Property management experience a plus

• Expected pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Need to Know
