What You’ll Do:

Data Mastery
- Keep our renewal data accurate and up-to-date using Slack and Google Sheets.
- Spot renewal opportunities and flag them for immediate action.

Sales Support Superhero
- Push actionable insights and opportunities to the sales team.
- Verify CRM details, ensuring no past or current deals are overlooked.
- Streamline access to critical renewal information for better performance.
- Collaborate with the team to overcome challenges and meet goals.

Admin Rockstar
- Monitor milestones, track progress, and ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Update deal notes every two weeks to keep the pipeline moving.
- Track sales rep performance and maintain accurate records of renewal activities.
- Share regular reports on renewal performance and insights.

Customer Experience Champion
- Proactively engage funded customers to provide personalized, positive experiences.
- Address inquiries and feedback to boost customer satisfaction.
- Process refinancing and add-ons with ease and precision.

Renewal Opportunity Finder
- Identify renewal-eligible deals within our portfolio.
- Partner with internal teams and marketplaces to streamline the process.
- Develop strategies to improve renewal rates and performance.

What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and a knack for learning new systems quickly.
- Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
