What will you be doing?

To maximize backend revenue by ensuring Renewal Directors’ calendars are consistently full with qualified members across all renewal touchpoints. Member Strategy Associates are the bridge between disengaged members, mentors, and RDs — recovering missed opportunities, boosting show rates, and directly driving backend cash collected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive bookings for:
• 1st-time Midway Check-ins
• 1st-time Closing Calls
• 2nd-time Midway Check-ins
• 2nd-time Closing Calls
• Accelerator+ and Gems Midway Calls
• Accelerator+ and Gems Closing Calls
• Winbacks (past members who lapsed)

• Boost event attendance: webinars, workshops, market updates
• Rebook no-shows and reschedules immediately to prevent lost momentum
• Support mentors by helping them to book hand offs, and driving member engagement
• Aid mentors in connecting and coordinating handoffs for Member Strategy Directors
• Maintain CRM hygiene: log calls, update deal stages, capture accurate notes
• Provide daily reporting and activity tracking
• Understand crypto, DeFi, and DM’s programs, as well as the current market environment at any given time
• Be entrepreneurial in nature — opportunistic, innovative, and self-driven.
• Work well on a team - friendly competitive nature


Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar setting or lead qualification role, preferably in high-ticket sales or a related industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products/services and convey their value to potential clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
