Remote Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation

Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled Remote Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation to oversee the successful delivery of software projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex software implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals, and leading cross-functional teams effectively.

This position involves hands-on project management, risk assessment, and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to meet project demands.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure meeting project milestones.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and understand evolving needs.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering collaboration and trust.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Software Engineering or similar.
• +10 years experience leading and managing large & complex business programs.
• +10 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
• PMI Certification / ITIL certification
• Advanced Level in English
