Remote Sales-Driven Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)
🚨 This is NOT a basic call-center role. 🚨
We are hiring a high-caliber, sales-driven Customer Service Representative for a remote, seasonal position. This role is designed for top performers. Continued employment is based on meeting KPIs and performance expectations.

Is sales-driven and confident selling services and solutions that genuinely help clients
Can quickly identify problems and see better, more efficient ways to do things
Able to rapidly learn our services and systems and translate that knowledge into confident client conversations and sales

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally and confidently
Sell and upsell products/services based on client needs
Deliver high-level customer service while driving revenue
Accurately document all interactions and follow internal workflows
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
Seasonal & Performance Expectations
This is a seasonal role with clearly defined KPIs
Continued employment is dependent on consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
High performers may be considered for future opportunities as the company grows
Requirements
Strong sales and customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Ability to work remotely and stay focused and productive
Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
High accountability, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset
Fast reliable internet
 Laptop or desktop that meets company technical specifications (required for remote work)
Two working monitors is not required but preferred
This role requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled work hours to maintain professionalism and performance standardsÂ
Ability to work an assigned schedule during business hours
Consistent availability during scheduled shifts is required
