Full time - Remote Recruitment Consultant – Medical & Allied Health
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join growing recruitment agency in Australia specialising in medical and allied health recruitment.
This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, working Australian business hours.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing and placing doctors or allied health professionals into Australian healthcare settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already understands international healthcare recruitment and is confident working independently in a remote, high volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source, screen and shortlist doctors and allied health professionals
• Conduct candidate interviews and competency assessments
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Manage candidate compliance and documentation
• Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Provide market insights and salary guidance to candidates
• Work towards individual KPIs and revenue targets
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting doctors or allied health professionals
• Proven experience recruiting for Australia, the UK, or the US healthcare markets
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience working remotely
• Ability to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
• Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Experience using recruitment CRMs (e.g. Bullhorn, job adder or similar systems preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, database management)
