Remote Operations & Booking Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Remote Operations & Booking Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of our cleaning bookings.

You’ll coordinate cleaners, confirm client bookings, track payments, update internal systems, and ensure each job runs smoothly from scheduling through to completion. You’ll act as the key link between clients, cleaners, recruitment, and management.

This role provides weekend support, with working days either Saturday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate cleaners and backup cover to bookings

• Communicate with cleaners and clients to confirm schedules, job details, and updates

• Monitor payments and booking status, ensuring system accuracy

• Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements

• Track job progress on the day and resolve issues as they arise

• Record job outcomes, feedback, and handle complaints professionally

• Maintain accurate, organised records across CRM and scheduling systems

• Support recruitment coordination and cleaner onboarding when required
