Remote MEP Engineer and Modeler (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Uptalent.io, a leading global platform connecting talented professionals with top companies, is seeking a Remote MEP Engineer and Modeler (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) to join our team. As an MEP Engineer and Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient engineering models for residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to ensure that all MEP components are integrated seamlessly into the overall design. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional MEP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using relevant software systems.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure MEP components are integrated effectively into the overall design.
• Analyze project requirements and develop detailed engineering plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to final installation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of MEP deliverables.
• Conduct quality checks on MEP models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and modeling.
• Proficiency in relevant software systems such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and other engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
• Candidate must be based in Latin America.
