As a Remote Furniture Cost Estimator, you will play a critical role in analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates for furniture and related materials. Your expertise in the furniture industry, along with your strong analytical skills, will help ensure that projects are economically viable and meet client specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, outstanding mathematical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and teams. You will work collaboratively with designers and project managers to deliver precise estimates that facilitate informed decision-making for our clients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cost estimator in the furniture industry or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, mainly Planswift, bluebeam and excel.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required.

Candidates will be required to upload a portfolio with Furniture Estimation Project Samples to prove their experience.
