The Remote Casting Coordinator will be a key member of our video production and creative teams, specializing in advertising production. This role involves identifying, casting, and coordinating talent for various advertising video and photo shoots, with a focus on remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising-Focused Talent Acquisition:
• Source and cast talent specifically suited for advertising production, aligning with brand messages and campaign goals.
• Assess talent reels and portfolios with an emphasis on suitability for advertising content.
• Maintain a diverse pool of talent with experience or potential in advertising projects.
Remote Production Coordination:
• Facilitate seamless communication between talent, production, and creative teams, ensuring clarity of advertising objectives.
• Oversee the logistics of remote shooting, including product and equipment shipping, and content delivery.
Contract and Agreement Management:
• Manage and oversee the execution of contracts and agreements with a focus on advertising industry standards and requirements.
Quality Assurance and Feedback:
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure advertising content meets brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to talent, guiding them to align with the specific needs of advertising shoots.
Financial and Budget Management:
