Job Description: We are seeking experienced Remote Bookkeepers with proven US experience to join our exclusive network of professionals. This role involves providing exceptional bookkeeping services to our clients, who are primarily based in the United States. Key Responsibilities:

• Categorize transactions in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
• Apply payments and reconcile accounts.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding unpaid invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
• Utilize industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if necessary).

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus.
