Grade: Site Based

As a Mobile Security Officer, you will provide a visible and proactive security presence across multiple sites, responding promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, own transport, and eligibility for BPSS and SC clearance. A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is preferred. Locations include various sites across Swindon and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Relief Security Officer who can offer flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends, ensuring reliable coverage at all times. The Relief Security Officer must have their own transport due to the nature of the role and be a UK national to meet vetting requirements. Eligibility for BPSS and SC clearance is required for certain locations, and an SIA Door Supervisor licence is preferred. As a Relief Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining security standards across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
