You don’t need any previous experience. What matters is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your drive to grow, whilst being based in one of our largest global clients sites. From day one, you’ll receive the training, coaching and support you need to thrive from your onsite colleges and industry leaders who facilitate your apprenticeship programme.

You’ll join our 12‑month Security Officer Apprenticeship (plus 3 months for your end‑point assessment), fully supported by a dedicated coach. This is hands‑on, practical learning — no college days or classroom attendance — with everything gained directly in the workplace alongside experienced colleagues who want to see you succeed and build a long‑term career with us.

So what will you be involved in?

We are a global security organisation trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands — from financial services and retail to corporate offices and high-profile environments.

You will be learning and growing with one of our largest technology-based clients, keeping their people, places and property secure everyday.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working with one of our major technology clients, gaining real-world experience across a variety of security environments, including:

• Onsite guarding
• Datacentre security
• Access control & screening procedures
• Alarm response
• CCTV monitoring

Day to day, you will:

• Support secure access through screening and detection equipment
• Carry out basic searches and checks Monitor and report security concerns
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe environment

What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous experience — just the right mindset.

We’re looking for someone who:

 ✔Is 18 or over

 ✔Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle

 ✔Has (or is willing to achieve) GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4)

 ✔Communicates clearly and confidently

 ✔Works well in a team
