• 主导设备关键性分析与FMEA,制定并动态更新维护策略;管理CMMS系统及PDM数据库,确立检测点、路线、频率与安全标准;
• 执行主动维护(PDM),监控设备健康度,闭环管理故障工单;组织停机根因分析(RCA),追踪整改落地;
• 基于停机、工单及维修成本数据等,输出设备健康报告,驱动可靠性提升与成本优化项目;
• 建立工厂润滑管理体系,制定设备食品级润滑方案,确保维修作业符合食品安全与质量规范;
• 统筹备件库、五金库及特种设备管理,确保符合法律法规,协助维修技改(Capex)项目及设备档案资料归档;
• 组织开展可靠性技术培训,提升全员设备维护意识与技能;
• 完成上级安排的其他工作
Key Responsibilities
• Reliability Strategy & Systems: Lead equipment criticality analysis and FMEA to develop and dynamically update maintenance strategies. Manage the CMMS and PDM databases, defining inspection points, routes, frequencies, and safety standards.
• Proactive Maintenance & Fault Management: Execute proactive maintenance (PDM) programs to monitor equipment health and manage fault work orders to closure. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for unplanned downtime and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze downtime, work order history, and maintenance cost data to generate equipment health reports, driving reliability improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects.
• Lubrication & Food Safety: Establish a comprehensive plant lubrication management system and develop food-grade lubrication plans, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with food safety and quality regulations.
• Asset Compliance & Project Support: Oversee the management of spare parts, hardware stores, and special equipment to ensure regulatory compliance. Assist in maintenance Capex projects and maintain equipment technical archives.
• Training & Culture: Organize and deliver reliability engineering training to enhance the overall equipment maintenance awareness and skills of the workforce.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
任职资格:
• 本科及以上学历,机电一体化或相关专业;
• 5年以上粮油、食品、化工、制药或造纸行业设备可靠性管理经验;
• 扎实的机械理论基础,精通振动频谱分析及行业设备原理;
• 熟练掌握RCA根因分析工具(如5Why、鱼骨图、Apollo等);
• 精通SAP,擅长工单管理、巡检策略制定、BOM维护及备件控制;
• 熟练使用CAD及Office办公软件,具备良好的英语听说读写能力;
• 具备优秀的沟通协作能力,工作主动负责,富有创新精神及抗压能力。
 
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Equipment Reliability Management within process manufacturing industries (e.g., Grain & Oil, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Paper & Pulp).
• Solid foundation in mechanical theory with mastery of vibration spectrum analysis and industry-specific equipment principles.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Apollo RCA).
• Expert-level proficiency in SAP (PM Module), specifically in work order management, inspection strategy formulation, BOM maintenance, and spare parts control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; possesses strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, self-motivated, responsible, innovative, and capable of thriving under pressure.
