Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health (RM&SH) Engineer, Associate, Experienced or Lead Level Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is actively seeking a Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health (RM&SH) Engineer, Associate, Experienced or Lead Level for the Space Launch System (SLS) program in either Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF), Louisiana , or Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Florida. As a member of RM&SH, you will support the design, manufacture, test, and/or sustainment of state-of-the-art technology. Position Responsibilities: Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risk of system failure and support proposed changes in design using National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) methodology. Review supplier submittals from a RM&SH perspective. Mentor early career engineers and analysts. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Associate, Level 2: Typically, 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. Experienced, Level 3: Typically, 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. Lead, Level 4: Typically, 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. Some SLS program experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to obtain NASA badge/access Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
