DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
• Augment existing staff project work associated with Calendar change in PeopleSoft.
Consultant will offer guidance and best practice recommendations, assist with proof of concept testing in dedicated environment, documentation of changes made and work with functional and technical teams to test interface changes, sqr changes, view changes and integrated testing (AP, IN.AM) Assist in documenting queries and nVision layouts to be updated and work with operational areas to update said queries and nVision.
HOW THESE SERVICES RELATE TO THE PROJECT
• Augment services provided by existing Financial Systems Support staff. Provide additional resources to enable the Financial Systems Support area to conduct all testing required to implement said calendar change by the deadline imposed by Accounting/Finance leadership (12/31/2017).
NUMBER OF IT RESOURCES REQUIRED
• 1 PeopleSoft Financials functional consultant (General Ledger/Asset Management/AP)
SKILL SETS REQUIRED
• Senior-level experience.
• PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials Asset Management, PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials General Ledger, AM configuration and setup, Query, nVision, PeopleSoft 9.2 Accounts Payable, PeopleSoft 9.2 GL Configuration, AP Configuration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
9.2 PeopleSoft Financials Asset Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger experience
implementation and support.
Experience with larger organizations, with 50+ General Ledger BUs.
Recent Experience with changing entity’s existing reporting year from fiscal to calendar or calendar to fiscal (within past 2-3 years.)

• Updated test scripts.
• Documented configuration changes.
• Updated queries and reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
9.2 PeopleSoft Financials Asset Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger experience
implementation and support.
Experience with larger organizations, with 50+ General Ledger BUs.
Recent Experience with changing entity’s existing reporting year from fiscal to calendar or calendar to fiscal (within past 2-3 years.)
