The Team
As a member of a dynamic IT Department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the release of software applications or products. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance (QA) engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient release processes.

Responsibilities

Schedule, manage and coordinate releases across multiple applications within different teams and projects;
Define and establish a release calendar for the different projects to have a centralized view of all releases;
Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within quality standards;
Manage and mitigate risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality;
Manage deployment plan execution and validate Release Notes;
Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and use post implementation reviews to optimize release management process;
Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists;
Understanding and utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Power BI with AI insights, automation bots) to improve reporting, documentation, and coordination;
Ensure all team members are adhering to engineering best practices as well as enforcing DevOps policies (CI/CD pipelines).
