We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager for GlobalLINK Seoul, Assistant Vice President to manage and maintain GlobalLINK clients’ relationship in South Korea. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, coordinating onboarding and ongoing service delivery with internal stakeholders, and addressing client queries or issues in a timely manner.

What you will be responsible for
As a Relationship Manager for GlobalLINK Seoul, Assistant Vice President you will
• Working with the APAC team and, where appropriate, the global team to implement and monitor the GlobalLink strategic plan and successfully achieve an assigned revenue budget while contributing to the broader GlobalLINK goals and initiatives.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with client base, providing them with premier support and feedback.
• Establish and execute on the business development plan for existing clients, while ensuring competitive risks are understood and addressed to ensure client retention.
• Identify opportunities for client expansion and growth, leveraging existing products and teams within GlobalLINK.
• Collaborate with other sales teams in the Markets to identify cross-selling opportunities, adhere to best practices and ensure coordinated communication is delivered to clients. Maintain effective and productive relationships across the product groups.
• Risk Excellence. Operate in compliance with internal and external regulations and make sure that escalation procedures are followed. Be mindful of the risk excellence culture at all times.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• 7+years’ experience in foreign exchange or related markets, preferably within a large Financial Institution.
• Proven client relationship management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in the electronic trading platform space and electronic trading industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience) desirable.
• Fluent in English and Korean

• 5 days working in the office
