About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Field Collections to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting site visits and supporting our field operations. Success in this role means ensuring accurate account management, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing collections through proactive field engagement.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
• Execute core responsibilities related to collections.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to team success
• Deliver a high level of performance aligned with company KPIs
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in collections field engagement and client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic field environment
• AWS Certification or similar
• Proficiency in Data entry and reconciliation tools
• Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in sales preferred
