Reinsurance Analyst (temporary)

Your Mission
You will support the Reinsurance department in optimizing treaty business, managing key relationships, and improving processes to drive efficiency and strategic alignment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Monitor business development using key metrics.
Assess quarterly results in coordination with Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims.
Prepare periodic accounts of reinsurance contracts and report to brokers, reinsurers, and Finance.
Manage settlement of account balances and profit-sharing.
Collaborate with Data teams to automate and improve closing/reporting processes.
Support decision-making on product performance and group quotations.
Manage renewal processes, including facultative reinsurance.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with reinsurers and brokers.
Contribute to negotiations for reinsurance solutions aligned with NN’s strategic objectives.
Who You Are
University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Actuarial Science.
3–5 years of experience in similar functions.
Strong technical knowledge of life & home insurance products.
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Access; experience with Power BI, DataBricks, SQL is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
