Regression Performance Testing

We are looking for a skilled Regression Performance Testing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that our applications maintain their performance efficiency through rigorous testing processes. You will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to identify issues and recommend optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute regression performance tests for applications to evaluate responsiveness, stability, and reliability under load.
• JavaScript; Java; Cucumber; Regression & Performance Testing; Selenium; Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, SVN); Oracle; NoSQL; TestNG
• Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code.
• Monitor application performance using appropriate tools and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Work on automating performance tests as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to performance testing.

Requirements:
Key Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on regression and performance testing.
• Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
• Proficient in writing test scripts using programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with performance test automation and integration into CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
