We have an exciting part-time job opportunity as REGISTRATION CLERK! We are looking for clerks who have strong customer service skills and are comfortable multi-tasking between answering phones and processing registrations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Current and new program participants will look to you for assistance in registering for recreational programs and activities! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Listening to customer's questions/concerns/complaints (in person or over the phone), assist them or direct them to the appropriate manager if necessary.
Communicating information to other registration/office clerks as needed.
Processing program registrations and withdrawals.
Processing pool pass registrations and create pool pass ID cards
Booking parties, field trips, and picnic permits
Assisting with class cancellations/expansions
Maintaining filing system and an organized workspace
Running daily report for batching out, and make daily bank deposits
Printing and posting daily class schedules.
Maintaining cash box and safe.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
High school graduate or equivalent with at least 1 years of customer service experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
WHEN YOU’LL WORK:
Approximately 20 hours per week,
Monday-Thursday nights from 4:00pm-9:00pm and Weekends 8:30am-1:30pm or 1:00pm-6:00pm
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
The starting pay for this position is $16.00/hour.
This position falls under Pay Grade D with a pay range of $15.25 - $25.50.
