Ridgeview Classical Schools seeks a Registrar with experience in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all student information and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, and possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to support the needs of the administrative team and ensure institutional success.
Key Responsibilities would include:
PowerSchool SIS Administration
· Serve as the school’s PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS) Administrator.
· Maintain student enrollment, demographic data, attendance, grades, and transcripts with a high level of accuracy.
· Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system issues.
· Train and support staff on PowerSchool best practices.
Master Scheduling & Course Management
· Develop and maintain the annual master schedule.
· Create and manage student and teacher schedules.
· Adjust schedules as needed to balance class sizes and support student needs.
· Coordinate closely with administration to align scheduling with staffing and instructional priorities.
State Reporting & Compliance
· Prepare and submit all required state and district reports accurately and on time.
· Ensure compliance with state and district data reporting requirements.
· Serve as the liaison between the school and district for reporting and compliance matters.
Collaboration & Leadership
· Collaborate with school leadership and administrative team members to support school-wide goals.
· Participate in school improvement planning and data analysis.
A bachelor's degree and prior experience with PowerSchool is required; administrative-level experience with PowerSchool preferred. A complete application will include a cover letter detailing prior experience, references, and copies of transcripts (unofficial copies acceptable).
