This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated and multidisciplinary staff.
The Triage Nurse will assess patients' medical problems and complaints by phone and in person.
Provide information and advice for home treatment when indicated. Arranges for evaluation by a provider when indicated either by scheduling an appointment or telephone follow-up.
Review critical lab results daily and works within care team for appropriate and timely follow up provider consultation
Perform vaccine administration, medication administration, diagnostic tests and procedures as necessary.
Educate patients and families by phone and at appointments about minor illnesses, medication usage, health maintenance needs, blood sugar monitoring, nebulizer usage and other prescribed health care regimens.
This Monday – Friday Position offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a flexible schedule
Massachusetts Nursing license and previous practice experienced required
