Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Pay Range: $39.57 – $53.34/hour (based on 17+ years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Case by case

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse – Trauma OR to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a trauma and operating room environment. This role is ideal for nurses with expertise in managing complex trauma cases within an acute care setting. The successful candidate will leverage clinical skills, teamwork, and dedication to excellence to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using evidence-based practices and the nursing process

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols

• Provide trauma and surgical support in a fast-paced acute care setting

• Maintain and promote a safe environment for patients and staff

Licensure: Current Florida RN license or compact licensure (must meet Florida state requirements)

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Certifications:

• BCLS – must obtain within 30 days of start

• ACLS – must obtain within 30 days of start

Experience: Minimum 2 years in trauma or operating room acute care
