About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven clinical experience within a Critical Care setting and/or Theatre Recovery.
A strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
A commitment to upholding the core values of Ramsay Health Care, including integrity, accountability, compassion, and innovation.
Skills and Experience
Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
Minimum three (1) in a nursing role essential, preferably surgical/critical care
Previous experience working across operating theatres/recovery desirable.
Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)

Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
