Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry Unit

Pay: $32 – $60/hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available

Shifts: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in a Telemetry setting.

• Recognize and respond to EKG rhythm changes, escalating care appropriately.

• Manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, post-operative monitoring needs, and complex comorbidities.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to deliver coordinated care.

• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

• Active RN license (compact license accepted).

• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry, Progressive Care, or Stepdown experience preferred.

• BLS and ACLS required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).

• Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
