Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Recovery Center
Kerrville, TX | Full-Time | Days, Evenings, and Nights
Base Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 /hour
Shift Differentials: +$2.25 Weeknights | +$3.25 Weekend Days | +$4.75 Weekend Nights
Overview
We’re hiring dedicated Registered Nurses to join a caring, mission-driven team supporting individuals in recovery.
Our nurses provide direct medical and emotional care within a peaceful residential environment that blends clinical excellence with compassion.
This role offers steady hours, manageable caseloads, and a collaborative team atmosphere where your professional expertise directly transforms lives.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform admission assessments and monitor patients through all stages of withdrawal and recovery.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies safely and effectively.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate individualized treatment plans.
• Track vitals, withdrawal scores, and therapeutic progress, ensuring timely interventions.
• Educate clients and families on medications, recovery principles, and health maintenance.
• Maintain EMR documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Current Texas RN license (Compact accepted)
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in acute care or behavioral health settings
• BLS certification required
• Familiarity with detox protocols and medication management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pay & Benefits
• Competitive base pay $36 – $40/hr plus differentials up to $4.75/hr
