Compensation — Experience-Based Pay Scale
• Experience Base Rate
• Entry Level $27.72/hr
• 5 Years $33.00/hr
• 10 Years $36.30/hr
• 15 Year s$39.60/hr
• Night Differential: +$4.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights

Overview
A 238-bed regional acute care hospital in Panama City, Florida is expanding its nursing teams across Emergency Services, Progressive Care, and Medical-Surgical units.
This hospital has served Bay County and the Gulf Coast region for more than 40 years and functions as a major regional referral center.

Units Currently Hiring
Emergency Room (ER RN) — 10 Openings
• 44-bed emergency department serving adult and pediatric patients
• Multiple treatment zones including triage and low-acuity care paths
• Night shifts | Rotating weekends
Required experience
• Minimum 1 year recent ER RN experience (within the last 12 months)
• Strong ICU or PCU candidates may be considered case-by-case
Required within 90 days
• ACLS
• PALS
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI)
Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED RN)
• Community-based emergency department setting
• Night and mixed shifts available
Required experience
• 3+ years Emergency Room RN experience
• Must include experience within the last 12 months

Progressive Care Unit (PCU / IMCU) — 24 Beds
Step-down unit providing cardiac monitoring and advanced medical-surgical care.
Schedule: Days or Nights | Rotating weekends
Patient ratio
• 4:1 target
• 5:1 maximum
Required experience
• 1 year recent PCU experience (within last 12 months)
Candidates with recent ER experience or 3+ years acute Med-Surg experience may also be considered.
Required certifications
• ACLS within 60 days
• BLS within 30 days
Cardiac Medical-Surgical RN
• Cardiac and vascular inpatient population
• Typical patient ratio: 6:1
• Night shifts available
Required experience
• Acute care hospital RN experience within 3 years
• Extended to 5 years for nurses with significant overall RN tenure
Required
• BLS within 30 days
Medical-Surgical RN
General inpatient unit caring for a broad range of medical and post-surgical patients.
Schedule: Days or Nights | Rotating weekends
Patient ratio: 6:1
Required experience
• Acute care RN experience within 3 years
• Extended to 5 years for experienced nurses
Required
• BLS within 30 days
Minimum Qualifications — All Roles
• Active Florida RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60–90 days of hire
• Graduate of an accredited ASN, RN Diploma, or BSN program
• BLS certification
Unit-specific certifications apply depending on department.

Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
All positions follow a three 12-hour shift schedule with rotating weekends.
