Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Detox Program – Junction, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation: $38–$45/hour, DOE

Incentives: Shift differentials

A Drug Treatment Facility in Junction, Texas, seeks experienced RNs to provide compassionate detox and rehabilitation nursing care. Work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team dedicated to long-term recovery success.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and medication administration.

• Monitor vital signs and manage withdrawal symptoms.

• Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.

• Provide education and reassurance to patients and families.

• Active Texas RN license; BLS required.

• Minimum one year of behavioral-health or detox experience.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits
