• $43.20/hr (17 years of experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates living 100+ miles away ($2,500–$5,000 typical range)

• Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr, Weekends +$3/hr

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Renal Vascular to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a dynamic acute care setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, patient advocacy, and the ability to thrive in a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio environment.

Available Shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM     

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care for adults with renal and vascular conditions.

• Perform assessments, administer treatments, and ensure patient safety.

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and care plans.

• Promote efficient use of time, supplies, and resources.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med-Tele, IMU, or PCU).

• Active Florida RN license or multistate license.

• BLS certification required; NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire.

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
