Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation Unit at John Flynn Private Hospital comprises of 57 private rooms, a well-equipped gym and an activities area. Our Unit offers a range of comprehensive in-patient programs including neurological, falls prevention, orthopaedic, reconditioning and amputee specialties.

We are seeking a Registered Nurses to join our vibrant team, to help each patient optimise their health and functional independence.

Your Skills and Experience

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered.
Minimum 1 years’ post graduate experience in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting.
Experience in a medical ward or rehabilitation unit.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.

Remuneration: A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances: $41.89 - $54.01 + superannuation (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8).

The Hospital

John Flynn Private Hospital is a 354 bed, acute care hospital located at Tugun, which is on the southern end of the Gold Coast, within 5 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. The hospital provides services to the population of the Gold Coast and the Tweed Coast extending into the NSW Northern Rivers area.

Requirements

Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role, Ramsay may require a proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
