What is Private Duty Nursing?

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

• Private duty = one client for the whole shift

• Common diagnosis our RNs work with: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.

*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Qualifications for A Private Duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma 

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation: 

• Pay range: up to $44 hourly based on experience and skills

Bonus Opportunity

• Earn up to $4,000 for working with clients with trachs and vents

• Overnight BAYLOR- Commit to on-going overnight shifts with our trach and vent clients* and earn up to $53hr with our overnight program!

• Weekend BAYLOR- Commit to on-going weekend shifts with our trach and vent pediatric clients and earn up to $53hr with our weekend program!

*lower acuity overnight pediatric shifts available as well
