Haven Home Health is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN's Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in ORLANDO, FL areas. This position provides flexible scheduling with our PRN role with a supportive team and an excellent work environment.

About the Role

As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating closely with our clinical leadership team. You will complete start-of-care assessments, routine visits, and ongoing patient education to support patient-centered care. Our new AI documentation tools make charting faster, easier, and more personalized for both you and your patients.

Requirements

Active Florida RN license

Minimum 1 year of skilled Medicare home health experience using OASIS preferred

Experience with Kinnser a plus!

Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
