Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a Nurse at BMRHC, you’ll work alongside our healthcare providers to deliver primary care services, direct patient care, and  performing specifically designated independent procedures as outlined by the nursing scope of practice by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Every day, you’ll help improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of patients in our community!

Key Responsibilities:
💉 Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures
💉 Provide limited direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
💉 Perform independent procedures as allowed under Arkansas nursing scope of practice
💉 Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate care

Our Hours:
🕖 Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
🕖 Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Some travel is required for this position.

Qualifications:
✅ Current RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas
✅ Current CPR certification
✅ Previous nursing experience preferred
✅ Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills
