Job Description

 We continue to grow and seek experienced OR RNs to join our team! Our state-of-the-art facility boasts:

17 rooms including 3 open heart, a thoracic CVOR; 2 robot rooms, 2 orthoorauma, 2 vascular- all other specialities are rotated throughout the other rooms

A Hybrid OR -- we will be starting TAVR cases.

Weekly staff meetings and In-services

Active Unit Practice Council that has membership from both Main and CV ORs

Relationship Based Care Model

Structured orientation coordinated by the Nurse Educator complete with scheduled meetings to facilitate learning 

We are currently on the EPIC journey.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Connecticut license and CPR certification required. BSN preferred and prior OR experience required.
