About the Role:
Join Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol and Drug Services (MHJHADS) and make a real difference in the lives of people across the ACT. As part of our Adult Community Mental Health Services, you’ll work within the Community Recovery Services team—a dynamic, multidisciplinary group dedicated to delivering recovery-focused, strengths-based care. In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of clients with complex mental health needs, providing face-to-face support that empowers individuals to improve their wellbeing, reduce hospital admissions, and thrive in their communities. You’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, allied health professionals, and partner agencies, while also contributing to team development, supervision, and quality initiatives. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality interventions, participate in strategic planning, and support specialized services like our Clozapine Clinic—all within a service that values partnership with clients, families, and carers.
