Pay / Compensation:

• 2 Years of Experience: $30.69/hour

• 5 Years of Experience: $33.71/hour

• 17+ Years of Experience: $43.20/hour

• Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.25/hour

• Weekends: +$3.00/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case

Schedule:

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Rotation: Rotating weekends

We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our 45-bed Inpatient Surgical Unit. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, efficiency, and collaboration within a fast-paced Med-Surg environment. The RN will care for post-operative and surgical patients requiring close monitoring and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and compassionate nursing care

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Maintain and manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

• Document care accurately and uphold clinical standards

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 4 years) acute care RN experience

• Licensure:

• Active Florida RN license or

• Compact RN license with ability to obtain Florida license within 90 days

• Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required on hire

• Unit Size: 45 beds

• Ideal Candidate: Thrives in a high-volume setting with structured scheduling and dynamic clinical situations
