Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Detox Program – Ingram, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts (Days or Nights)
Compensation: $38–$45 per hour, DOE
Incentives: Shift differentials available
Overview
A leading Drug Treatment Facility in Ingram, Texas, is seeking Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient-centered care during detox and rehabilitation. You will help stabilize clients, manage withdrawal symptoms, and promote recovery through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor withdrawal progression.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to meet patient goals.
• Support educational sessions for patients and families.
• Maintain documentation and follow all safety protocols.
• Active Texas RN license; BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum one year of behavioral-health, med-surg, or detox experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, crisis-management, and record-keeping skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• $38–$45/hour plus differentials.
