Registered Nurse – Cardiac Care

Base Pay: $30.04 – $41.50 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials:

• +$4.00/hour for Nights

• +$4.00/hour for Weekends

Sign-On Bonus:

• $30,000 for Night Shift (2-year commitment)

• $12,000 for Day Shift (2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Cardiac Care Unit. This full-time position offers day and night shifts with rotating weekends and the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals recovering from:

• Open heart surgeries

• Heart catheterization and stent placement

• Ablations

• Pacemaker/AICD placements

• Other cardiovascular surgical procedures

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide post-operative cardiac care

• Ensure care is aligned with nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a stroke and STEMI-certified facility

• Maintain accurate patient records and advocate for patient safety and comfort

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience, preferably in cardiac, telemetry, or ICU

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Licensure:

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state

Certifications:

• BLS required upon hire

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
