We are currently opening opportunities for Indonesian Registered Nurse to pursue a career in Australia through a structured international placement program. This opportunity is aligned with the regulatory standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), where candidates are required to meet qualification, competency, and registration requirements before being eligible to practice. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support patients and their families through clear communication and compassionate care
• Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Nursing, with an active STR Ners (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse
• Preferably in a hospital setting, medical-surgical / general ward / ICU / ER
• Experience in aged care is a plus
• Willing to achieve IELTS Academic (target overall 7.0), OR equivalent
• Candidates with existing English test scores will be prioritized
• Able to provide required documents, including:
• Academic transcripts (translated to English)
• Clinical training records
• Employment certificates
• Willing to meet the registration requirements set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Strong motivation to pursue an international nursing career
• Adaptable, responsible, and able to work in a professional healthcare environment
