Salary range (Full Time): $84,058 - $104,379 p.a

Relocating to our region:
Relocation incentives may be available to the successful applicant for this role, including relocation & accommodation support.
Relocation Support:
Intrastate (over 100kms) - up to $2,500
Interstate - up to $5,000
Overseas - up to $8,000
Accommodation Support:
Up to $350 per week up to 10 weeks; or
10 weeks interim GVH Accommodation (if available)
+ Connection to a FREE 1:1 relocation concierge service supporting all aspects of relocation.
About the role:
The Maternity Unit at GV Health has up to 1,000 births a year and services a growing regional area. We are currently looking for Registered Midwives to provide all aspects of quality care for women and neonates with range of full and part time roles available.
Our Maternity Services Unit consists of:
Antenatal/Postnatal Inpatient Unit
Birth Suite – Including facilities for water births!
Special Care Nursery
Antenatal service
Domiciliary postnatal care and breastfeeding support
In vitro fertilisation (IVF) services
Midwifery Group Practice
Early pregnancy services
Antenatal education
Through these services, we provide collaborative woman-centred care, with Midwives able to rotate through all areas of our Maternity Services.
Successful candidate will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
Minimum of 1-year postgraduate midwifery experience
Excellent clinical skills
High level communication and organisational skills
