About Western Community College Western Community College (WCC) is a post-secondary institution in British Columbia offering a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree, along with a wide range of diploma and certificate programs across healthcare, business, education, hospitality, and IT. Our health sector offerings include the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program, which combines academic study with hands-on clinical experience.
We are launching an on-site RMT student clinic. The College plans to offer supervised student massage therapy services to community members. Treatments will be delivered under the professional supervision of a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. For this, the college is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist, in good standing, to mentor and supervise these students/recent graduates.

Job Summary We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing to join our clinic in Surrey, BC, in a supervisory and mentorship role.
This position focuses on providing clinical oversight, professional guidance, and quality assurance for massage therapy student/recent graduates who are delivering massage treatments to community clients under supervision. The RMT in this role will not be providing direct massage treatments.
Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site supervision and clinical mentorship to massage therapy student/recent graduates
Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and professional practice standards
Review documentation and ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain infection control, health, and safety standards within the clinic
Support a professional and client-centered clinical environment
Communicate clinic practice protocols and client information requirements
Collaborate with clinic administration and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with active registration and good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Massage Therapist
Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage practice standards
Experience in supervision, mentoring, or education is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to safe, ethical, and patient-centered care
Location: Surrey, British Columbia
Employment Type: This position will begin as part-time with a flexible schedule. Additional days or hours may be required as the clinic grows.
